  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and demand to set pricing strategies and forecast future prices.

Logistics and Distribution:

  • Transportation Management: Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods from suppliers to buyers, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Warehouse Management: Manage warehousing and inventory to facilitate efficient distribution and order fulfillment.

Risk Management:

  • Hedging: Use financial instruments or strategies to mitigate risks related to price fluctuations and market volatility.
  • Insurance: Arrange for insurance coverage to protect goods during transit and storage.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Trade Regulations: Ensure compliance with trade regulations, import/export laws, and customs requirements.

Documentation Management:
